We are excited to announce our first ever ‘virtual’ walk-a-thon!
Due to Covid and the current restrictions that are in place Instead of gathering for our regular walk-a-thon, please consider supporting Anchor Association in one of the following ways:
- Organize a small group of friends or your family to do the walk on (or around) Saturday, September 19, 2020. Gather sponsors. (Download Walk-a-Thon Sponsor Sheet)
- Sponsor a resident from one of our homes and they will complete the walk-a-thon.
- Send a special donation by e-transfer or cheque, earmarked ‘walk-a-thon.’
Participants can send an E-transfer (for the total raised and email in a copy (scan or photo) of their sponsor sheet to [email protected]; or mail in cheques to head office (please do not send cash). Please also make sure that Walk-a-thon is noted on the memo line. We are also asking that all funds and/or donations be sent to the Anchor head office by October 12th.
Donation receipts will be issued for $20.
